Y7 Camp update (bad weather)

15.09.22 - 10.30am:  "Refunds for Y7 Camp are now available from Reception between the hours of 8am and 3.30pm each day.  You will need to check and sign for the refund.  If you are unable to collect the refund within these hours, and you are happy for your child to collect, then please provide your child with a note giving us permission to hand the refund to your child to check and sign for."

08.09.22 - 12.41pm:  "The coaches and students have now arrived back at school."

08.09.22 - 11.45am:  "The coaches have now arrived back at school. coaches have arrived at camp, collected the students and are on their way back.  Depending on traffic we still expect them to arrive at approximately 12.30pm.  We will be offering a full refund for the trip, which we hope will be available for collection next week. Details of how to collect the refund will be communicated to you asap. We also look forward to welcoming your child back to school tomorrow for a normal school day."

08.09.22 - 10.05am: "Coaches will be collecting the Year 7 students from camp this morning at approximately 11.30am and should arrive back in school at approximately 12.30pm. If you are able to, please collect your child from the school playground at this time, otherwise we can look after them up until 3pm. If you are going to be later than 12.30pm please let us know, by calling the office on 02392 612020, and come to Reception to collect your child."

08.09.22 - 8.24am: "In anticipation of further bad weather, we have decided to bring the children home today. We are in the process of organising their safe return and will keep you updated as the day progresses. If you have any queries or concerns please contact Mrs Rogers on 02392 612020."

08.09.22 - 7.54am: "Due to the storm last night the decision was made to move students from Tile Barn to an indoor area, Brockenhurst Village Hall, as per our contingency plan. All of the children were kept safe, dry and warm, we are in communication with Tile Barn and our staff. We hope we can continue with today’s activities and are risk assessing the situation and will keep you updated. If you have any specific concerns about your child, please don’t hesitate to contact Mrs Rogers on 02392 612020."
