WE ARE DELIGHTED TO WELCOME YOU TO THE COWPLAIN SCHOOL

We have always been a school that has challenged our students to achieve highly whilst developing them to be confident and respectful young people. At the heart of this is our fantastic curriculum, which promotes three central strands of understanding diversity, thinking hard and developing character, which are at the heart of everything we do. We challenge our students to work hard, enjoy learning and achieve highly, providing a wide range of opportunities for them to succeed, both within and outside the curriculum, whilst supporting them with a highly effective pastoral network.

Our last Ofsted inspection in March 2024 stated that "Pupils value the warm and welcoming atmosphere here. Pupils appreciate the support they get from staff, which helps them learn well. Staff show a genuine care for pupils, who feel safe and happy at this school.", something that we are incredibly proud of and which underlines that The Cowplain School is a happy and vibrant place to learn.
