What time is the Main Office open?
Main Office is open daily Monday to Friday from 8.15am until 4pm.
How much is uniform?

What happens if my child loses something?
Students should first retrace their steps and check the classrooms they have been working in. If they are unable to find the lost item they should come to the Main Office and complete a 'Lost Property Slip'. The Main Office staff will then endeavour to reunite the lost property with the student. Please would all parents/students write their name in their clothing and where possible on their property.
What are this year's school term dates?

What happens if my child forgets their dinner money?
Students may borrow dinner money from the Finance Office, however this money will need to be repaid to the Finance Office the next day. Further money will not be loaned to students who have outstanding IOUs.
What happens if my child forgets their bus fare?
Students may borrow bus fare money from Main Office, however this money will need to be repaid to the Main Office the next day. Further money will not be loaned to students who have outstanding IOUs.
What happens if my child has a medical appointment during the school day?
Should your child have a medical appointment during the school day they must bring a note to show their teacher in order that they may be excused from lessons. All students must report to the Main Office to sign-out from school.
What happens if my child is unwell whilst at school?
If your child feels unwell whilst at school and it is during a lesson they should make their teacher aware, report to Main Office who will then ask the School Matron to speak with them. Matron will assess and if necessary contact a parent for the student to be collected and taken home.
What happens if my child is unwell before school and is unable to attend?
If your child is unwell and unable to attend school, please telephone the Main Office (T: 023 9261 2020) at the earliest opportunity but before 8.30am to advise that your child will not be in school, giving full name and tutor group. An answermachine service is available when the Main Office is closed. Absence needs to be reported daily, unless prior agreement has been made with the School.
